General Policy - No Refunds for Accessed Content
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our content (articles), LexSonic generally does not offer refunds once an article or a subscription granting access to articles has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded. We may consider refunds or alternative solutions in the following limited situations, at our sole discretion :- Technical Issues Preventing Access: If you experience verifiable technical issues directly attributable to LexSonic's platform that prevent you from accessing an article or your subscription content, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider a partial or full refund, or offer equivalent credit for future access.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same article or subscription twice, please contact us immediately. We will verify the duplicate purchase and issue a refund for the unintentional second transaction.
- Significant Discrepancy in Content Description (Rare Cases): While we meticulously describe our articles, if there is a demonstrably significant and misleading discrepancy between the article's description on our website and its actual content, preventing it from meeting its advertised purpose, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to differences in opinion or interpretation.
How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)
To request a refund under the specific scenarios outlined above, please follow these steps:- Contact our support team within timeframe of 7 days of your purchase.
- Provide your invoice number, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- For technical issues, please provide screenshots or any relevant error messages.
- We will review your request and respond within 10 business days, from date of receipt of your request.
Prorated Refunds: We generally do not offer prorated refunds for subscription cancellations. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
